Join NNLRF for the first intensive in our Resilience in Practice series—a day of practical learning, peer connection, and planning for financial uncertainty.
A fireside chat will explore the realities facing Newark nonprofits. BDO’s Nonprofit & Grantmaker Advisory team will then lead an interactive session on financial health, budgeting, revenue risk, and scenario planning. Participants will work through examples together and leave with tools they can adapt for their organizations.
Designed for executive directors, finance staff, program leaders, and operations staff, the intensive welcomes multiple team members from each organization. Breakfast and lunch are provided, and the day closes with a happy hour and networking session.
