Governance Is Understood. Sustaining It Is the Work
In March 2026, BoardSource facilitated six listening sessions with 28 executive directors and CEOs and 18 board members. Leaders described strong governance, then named the strain of sustaining it between meetings and across roles.
That finding shaped the Board Transformation Community of Practice. NNLRF will report early changes when the evidence is in.
