Privacy Notice

The Newark Nonprofit Leadership Resilience Fund (NNLRF or the Fund) respects your privacy. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website, contact us, request updates, or recommend a resource.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Information you share with us

Our forms collect your first and last name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your organization. Depending on the form, we also collect your message, your request to receive updates, or the name, type, link, and description of a resource or opportunity you recommend.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you include. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, health records, or confidential information about clients or program participants.

How we use your information

We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, communicate about the Fund, review resource recommendations, and manage related correspondence and records.

The Stay Informed form asks for your permission to receive occasional NNLRF updates. Sending a general inquiry or recommending a resource does not automatically sign you up for updates. Submitting a form does not post your name, email address, or message publicly on this website.

Who handles your information

Willow Bees Group manages website submissions and related records on behalf of NNLRF. Access is limited to authorized personnel supporting the Fund’s communications and administration.

We use Formspree to receive and store website form submissions and support email delivery. Our email and record-management providers also process information needed to deliver those services. For details about Formspree's practices, see the Formspree Privacy Policy.

Information may also be disclosed with your permission or when necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or protect the security of our services.

Website hosting and technical information

This version of the website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and form-processing providers may receive technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, and request times, when delivering or protecting their services. Formspree describes its technical data collection in its privacy policy. Information about OpenAI's general privacy practices is available in the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

NNLRF has not added advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics scripts to these pages. This does not mean that hosting or form providers collect no technical data or use no cookies. Provider practices and browser controls may also apply when you use their services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form and can contact us directly at NNLRFund@nnlrf.org. To stop receiving NNLRF updates, email us with the subject line "Unsubscribe." We may still reply to an inquiry you send us.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. The response will depend on the information involved, applicable requirements, and the capabilities of the services holding the information.

Storage and retention

Our retention schedule for routine website submissions is:

  • General inquiries: 12 months after the inquiry is resolved.
  • Resource recommendations: 12 months after review. We may keep useful resource information without unnecessary personal details.
  • Stay Informed contacts: while subscribed, with an annual review of whether the list remains needed.
  • Unsubscribe requests: removal from active mailing lists promptly, with a minimal record retained as needed to prevent accidental re-enrollment.
  • Spam: deleted promptly.

Willow Bees Group is responsible for quarterly reviews to identify and remove records that have reached their retention period. These reviews cover Formspree submissions, notification emails, and database or exported copies maintained for NNLRF. Routine records due for removal are deleted during the quarterly review; unsubscribe requests and spam are handled promptly rather than waiting for that review.

Records that become part of a grant, contract, or other official Fund record follow the applicable records schedule instead. Records subject to legal requirements or a legal hold are preserved as required.

Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies in provider backups. Contact us with questions about a particular record or to request deletion.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please limit the information you send to what is needed for your request.
